Payments

Currently, we accept Mastercard, Visa and Paypal, cashier checks and money orders as methods of payment. If you wish to pay via Paypal and you do not already have a Paypal account, you may sign up on the checkout pages. (Paypal Payments are made to kpettree@aol.com)

Return Policy

We gladly accept returns within 14 days from receipt of purchase. Excluding pre-order items and sale items. Items must be returned in original packaging and tags still attached to ensure a refund. Shipping fees are non refundable.

All sales are final after 14 days. Items on sale, clearance, or identified as "final sale" are not returnable. Any returns that we may accept at our discretion that do not meet our return criteria will be credited at the item's current sales price minus a 25% restocking fee.

Please allow 30 days for processing of returns. If you have not received a refund or credit within that time please feel free to contact us.

Swimming Suits are non-refundable.

Shoes can be exchanged for size but no refunds will be given. If your size is not available, a store credit will be issued.

We offer no price adjustments on previous purchases.

Size exchanges or exchanges for other merchandise are treated as new orders. Just place an online order for the items you desire and we will process it promptly. Your account will be credited within 30 days.

Orders shipped with free shipping will have our standard shipping charge subtracted from your purchase credit. Orders shipped with gifts and/or promotions will have the value of this gift/promotion deducted from your purchase credit.

Orders paid via Paypal will not be refunded Paypal's $0.30 processing fee.

Inventory

If you see a picture that does not have sizes listed underneath it, that means we are out of stock. It is a good idea to check back with us as our inventory changes regularly. We do our best to keep our inventory accurate, but occasionally, due to circumstances beyond our control, you may order an item that we are out of. If this happens you will be notified prior to your order shipping to decide how you would like to proceed.

All policies effective for orders placed on or after February 1st, 2006.

Orders are processed as soon as you place an order and cannot be cancelled after 3 hours of placing order.
