Please be aware that pre-order items will be charged at the time of purchase as we are reserving these items specifically for you with the manufacturer and thus, they become no longer available for purchase to our other customers. Under very specific certain circumstances, we will accept returns on pre-order items however they will ONLY will be eligible for store credit in the amount of 75% of the original sale price. Pre-order items are designated by a "Pre-Order" banner on the product page. It is the customer's responsibility to be aware of which items they are ordering as being designated as pre-order items.
"Availability" listed on pre-order product pages refers to time period in which pre-order item will ship upon arriving into stock.
"Stock Status" on pre-order item pages refers to sizes available for pre-order. If expected delivery dates are listed, please note that they are estimations and cannot be guaranteed by Kettle of Fish Clothing.
